About The Position

Medical Billing Center is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage outstanding claims, resolve denials, reduce aged receivables, and support timely collections and cash flow performance. The company specializes in proactive revenue cycle management for outpatient physical therapy practices, integrating with existing EMR systems and using advanced revenue cycle technology. Its revenue cycle services are performed within the United States, supported by more than 25 years of U.S.-based therapy billing expertise. This is a full-time remote or on-site position based in Greenville, South Carolina. Remote employees must reside in the United States, and employees must be authorized to work in the United States and remain U.S. residents throughout their employment.

Requirements

Knowledge of claim processing, denials, and insurance follow-up.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the U.S. throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
Experience with EMR and billing software.
Associate degree or related coursework.
