About The Position

The Accounting Receivable Specialist provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest billing inquiries via phone and email.
  • Respond to guest requests, inquiries, issues and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Assist with charging AV invoices.
  • Respond to all chargeback inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process online e-store orders including gift cards and resort events.
  • Collect F&B receipts daily.
  • Responsible for filing BEO’s.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects, as needed.
  • Act with responsibility and confidentiality towards all company assignments, property, supplies, and equipment.
  • Set up new receivable/master accounts in accordance with established credit policy.
  • Reconcile open account status items.
  • Support for timely collection and posting of payments.
