About The Position
Stockton Hyundai, part of Gee Automotive Companies, is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist who wants stability, consistency, and the opportunity to grow within a respected automotive group. Requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prior Accounts Receivable or dealership accounting experience preferred
- CDK software and Excel experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Manage and reconcile AR schedules and balances that pertain to the parts warehouse.
- Research and resolve AR discrepancies and chargebacks
- Communicate with business manager and GM regarding receivables on a weekly basis
