About The Position

Kalmbach Feeds is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Application) to join our Accounting Team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with internal and external customers, ensuring customer payments are applied and deposited in a timely manner, providing accurate and detailed records, and proactively maintaining customer balances.

• Comfortable navigating a variety of systems and processes
• Working on-site daily in our corporate office in Upper Sandusky, OH
• Minimum of High School Diploma required
• Proficient in Windows-based software programs

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately post daily cash, checks, ACH, and credit card payments, while ensuring confidentiality and security of all files
• Initiate and manage ACH payment setups, automatic and manual
• Process and maintain secure customer banking information
• Reconcile payments and apply to customer accounts
• Run and review daily banking and payment reports
