About The Position

Titan Pro is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. In this role, you will support the company's financial operations by processing customer payments, maintaining accurate account records, and partnering with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two or more years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or finance experience.
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
Experience in agricultural manufacturing, distribution, dealer networks, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely.
Maintain customer account records and payment information.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor aging reports and assist with collections activities.
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
Generate account statements and reports as needed.
Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable activities.
Follow company accounting procedures, internal controls, and confidentiality standards.
