About The Position

Muscogee Nation Businesses, LLC has an opening for someone who is dependable and interested in growing their career! This position is a Temporary to Hire role, starting as a Temporary position until a probationary period of 90 days is completed. After successful completion of the probationary period, the status will be changed to Full Time, Permanent employment. The role is located in Okmulgee, OK.

Requirements

• Requires at least 2-4 years of experience in the field and familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and superior analytical ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compiling all documents needed to process contract billings to multiple government agencies and customers
• Ensure proper supporting documents are accurate and processed with invoices
• Submit all invoices in a timely manner per contract details
• Track status of all invoices to ensure timely payments
• Work with Contract Admin/PM to ensure billing information is correct and funding is available
• Maintain all documents and provide updates to Management as needed
• Willingness to cross train for backup of other accounting duties
