Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry.
• Prepare and process checks for multiple companies.
• Use WGIP, the scanning system.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Verify approvals on invoices and check requests.
• Handle vendor telephone calls about invoices.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
