About The Position
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Technician for a Transportation project in Cincinnati, Ohio. The technician is responsible for compiling, processing, and maintaining Accounts Payable. Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to process and follow up on rush items.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry.
- Prepare and process checks for multiple companies.
- Use WGIP (scanning system).
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Verify approvals on invoices and check requests.
- Handle vendor telephone calls about invoices.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
