Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of accounts payable experience, or an associate's degree in accounting, or an accounting certificate from a trade school.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Data entry skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AS400.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry.
• Handle drop-ship billing.
• Process accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Handle rebates.
• Verify receivables pricing against purchase orders.
• Set up batches in AS400.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
