Requirements

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 5+ years in AP supervision.
3–5 years proven supervisory experience in Accounts Payable.
ERP expertise (NetSuite preferred).
Strong GAAP knowledge and audit familiarity.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A problem-solver with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Use NetSuite to streamline invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
Maintain strong partnerships with vendors while resolving discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms.
Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
Oversee employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance and quick turnaround.
Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies.
Assist with close activities and deliver meaningful AP reports and insights.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce errors, and maximize efficiency.
