About The Position

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and expense reporting. This role supports financial operations by maintaining strong controls, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with month-end close activities.

Requirements

• 5 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and payment runs
• Review and approve invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper authorization
• Maintain AP aging and ensure timely vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support audits by providing the required documentation
• Identify and support improvements in AP processes and workflows
