About The Position

A busy automotive dealership is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist. The role requires administrative and organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and experience with routine accounting functions. Previous automotive dealership experience and CDK experience are required.

Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience.
• Proficiency with standard computer software and accounting software.
• CDK experience.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices into CDK.
• Post purchase orders.
• Issue checks.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.
