About The Position

The Automotive Dealership Photographer captures high-quality, professional photographs of new and pre-owned vehicles for online inventory listings and marketing materials. The role showcases each vehicle’s features, condition, and appearance to attract potential buyers and support the dealership’s online presence. The photographer prepares and conducts shoots, edits and organizes images, and ensures inventory is photographed, edited, and uploaded accurately and on time. The position requires attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional photography experience and a portfolio showcasing diverse work.
Experience using photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting, as well as editing software.
Experience with both studio and on-location shoots.
Experience working with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality photographic content.
Proficiency in photo-editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Creative vision and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to new photography technologies and techniques.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a well-structured workflow.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional photography experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare photo shoots by selecting suitable locations, backgrounds, and props.
