About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Raleigh, NC.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of accounting/accounts payable experience

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in Business Administration/Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting/accounts payable experience

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment
• Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
