About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for an Finance Support Associate for Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid). This role provides charge entry support for Health Medical Group/ Health Hospital Group (Professional). The associate will identify and correct problems with registration prior to charges being updated for the day, accurately enter all charges into the system and post to the appropriate account, and verify and maintain processes that result in appropriate turnaround time of encounter forms. The role also involves identifying trends in encounter form errors and communicating them to appropriate offices, and reviewing charge summaries from the Health Medical Group/l Health Hospital Group (Professional) practices to make appropriate changes in charge entry to correct any errors.
