This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines accounting knowledge with strong administrative, operational, and technical capabilities. The Operations & Accounting Coordinator will support key accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end close activities, while also serving as a central point of coordination for office operations, compliance documentation, reporting, and internal process improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with leadership, internal teams, vendors, and external financial partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate financial administration.
