About The Position

Johnson City Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is hiring an Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk to join its growing accounting team. The role is based in Johnson City, Tennessee, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, commensurate with experience and transferable skills. The position supports accounting operations by preparing and processing transaction records and verifying and recording business transactions. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive accounting; accounts payable experience is preferred.
Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
Ability to compile and sort transaction documents and substantiate business transactions.
Experience verifying and posting transaction details, including funds received and disbursed, and totaling accounts.
Background computing and recording charges, refunds, costs of lost or damaged goods, and freight charges.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Detail orientation and excellent communication skills.
Motivation and a career-minded approach.
