About The Position
Johnson City Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated, career-minded Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk to join its accounting team. The role is suited to a self-motivated automotive accounting professional who contributes to a collaborative, customer-centric environment. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, commensurate with experience and transferable skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive accounting; accounts payable experience is preferred.
- Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
- Experience compiling and sorting documents and substantiating business transactions.
- Experience verifying and posting business transaction details, including funds received and disbursed, and totaling accounts.
- Experience computing and recording charges, refunds, costs of lost or damaged goods, and freight charges.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Motivated and career-minded approach; ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

- Previous accounts payable experience.
