About The Position

Frontline Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to lead our accounts payable function and ensure the timely, accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. The successful candidate will oversee AP operations, manage a team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support financial controls and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day accounts payable operations.
Supervise, mentor, and develop AP team members.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies.
Monitor AP aging and cash flow requirements.
Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and support month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and improve AP processes and internal controls.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams.
Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
