About The Position
Diehl Collision is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team in Butler, PA. This position offers 20–24 hours per week with competitive pay ranging from $15–$18 per hour based on experience. There is opportunity for full-time employment and advancement for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and proficiency in the role. After a 90-day probationary period, this position may transition into a hybrid work-from-home schedule. This opportunity is ideal for someone with accounting or bookkeeping experience looking for a flexible pace, or for an entry-level candidate looking to begin a career with a fast-growing automotive company.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Responsibilities
- Reconcile vendor statements with internal records
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and outstanding balances
- Obtain W9 documentation from vendors
- Filing and maintaining accounting records
- Assist with additional accounting responsibilities as assigned
