Within Aeroflow, the Accounts Payable team is comprised of two accounts payable clerks, one accounts payable specialist and one Sr. AP specialists who report directly to the Accounting Manager. The accounts payable team focuses on the accuracy of Aeroflow company wide vendor payments. The accounts payable team works directly with our vendors to ensure payments are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 0 – 3 years experience in accounts payable
  • Must have data entry skills
  • Must have some knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in accounts payable
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Knowledge of any Accounting System (Acumatica, Sage Intacct, Quickbooks, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Entering invoices into our accounting system.
  • Reconciling supplier invoices with purchase orders from our ERP system.
  • Working with the purchasing department on supplier invoice discrepancies.
  • Creating invoice workflows for team lead approval.
  • Working with vendors on payment issues.
  • Receiving finance mail.
  • Weekly check deposits.
  • Finance email – monitor, receive invoices, respond to questions, and forward emails as necessary.
  • Entering patient refund invoices.
  • Data entry and paying close attention to details will be expected.
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance .
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
