About The Position

Vida Shoes International is hiring a part-time Accounts Payable Associate. The role supports the accounts payable team by coding and entering invoices, ensuring invoices receive approval according to standard operating procedures, responding to internal and external queries by phone and email, and reviewing vendor statements monthly for outstanding invoices. The associate will also perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Compensation is $25 an hour.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Chart of Accounts and coding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the same or a similar industry is preferred.
• Experience with Infor M3 or comparable ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Code and enter invoices.
