About The Position

The Accounts Payable (AR) Manager position will play a key role in the finance department making timely payments on the company’s behalf. A high discretion of financial and fiduciary responsibility will be required to maintain the financial integrity of the organization. Requirements

• Five (5) years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of transportation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach Accounts Receivable staff.
• Provide support on payable decision-making.
• Review financial statements.
• Perform financial analysis on various projects.
• Report on financial metrics as necessary.
• Maintain track of assets and liabilities.
• Assist with financial project management.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and lead presentations as required.
• Help guide assigned group forward with financial responsibility at hand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
