Accounts Payable Accountant / Kreditorenbuchhaltung Mitarbeiter (d/f/m)

We are looking for a Kreditorenbuchhalterin (Accounts Payable Accountant) to join our team in Berlin. As a Kreditorenbuchhalterin, your responsibilities will include processing incoming invoices, assisting with month-end and year-end closings, conducting account reconciliations and controls, maintaining master data, participating in payment runs, and resolving supplier invoice inquiries. Additionally, you will be involved in optimizing workflows and documentation, creating and monitoring procedural instructions and guidelines, and actively contributing to process improvement projects. The ideal candidate should have a commercial background, a certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (Certified Accountant), or a comparable qualification, at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable accounting, strong knowledge of accounting principles (HGB), familiarity with VAT regulations, proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Oracle Netsuite is a plus), excellent communication skills in German and English, advanced MS Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

• Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen in NetSuite (Oracle)
• Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Buchungskontrollen

• Mitwirkung bei Zahlläufen
• Kontenabstimmung sowie Klären von Fragen zu Rechnungen von Lieferanten
• Prüfung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Dokumentationen
• Erstellung und Überwachung von Verfahrensanweisungen, Dokumentationen und Richtlinien
• Aktive Mitgestaltung von Projekten wie Prozessverbesserungen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (d/w/m) oder vergleichbar
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Sehr gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse (HGB), Kenntnisse des Umsatzsteuerrechts wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP Systemen, Erfahrung in Oracle Netsuite ein Plus
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute MS Excel Kenntnisse
