They collaborate with specialty teams and contribute unique sponsored edit ideas, aiming to connect partner-brands with a young, style-conscious audience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare in-depth, engaging, informative, and emotive copy for branded content to support the Brand Partnerships Team
- Research and write branded editorials for Highsnobiety and clients
- Conduct interviews with talent and brand representatives and subsequently edit and write up
- Understand Federal Trade Commission (FTC) compliance and American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) guidelines
- Stay abreast of pop cultural, platform, and advertising industry trends
- Develop and maintain a robust content strategy in line with Highsnobiety Editorial
- Manage the accurate and timely publication of branded content campaigns across various channels, teams, and timezones
- Ensure work is delivered to brief and by deadline through project management tools (Asana/Slack)
- Partner with specialty teams including strategy, events, production, creative, etc.
- Contribute unique sponsored edit ideas that would naturally fit on Highsnobiety properties
- Identify opportunities and challenges and spearhead finding solutions to develop the department, improve campaigns, and grow Highsnobiety
- Work closely with associate editors, editing their work and helping their growth
- Set Branded Content Editorial team goals, procurement and contractual requirements, and delegate assignments
- Review work of the teams and provide constructive feedback
- Direct editorial and social content roll-outs and assist with media plans
- Present editorial ideas and directions to clients
- Assist in the monthly assessment of the NA team and partner with the EU team for best practices and applying key learnings
- Maintain encyclopedic knowledge of street culture, contemporary & runway fashion, and sneakers.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of the client, creative brief, and vision of the campaign
- Ability to shape Highsnobiety's tone of voice within branded editorial content
- Conceptualize content in a forward-thinking manner
- Ability to create authentic, tailored, and strategic content for successful campaigns and long-lasting partner relationships
- Prepare in-depth, engaging, informative, and emotive copy for branded content
- Conduct interviews with talent and brand representatives and write up the content
- Familiarity with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) compliance and American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) guidelines

- Expected annual base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000
- Eligibility for variable pay bonus structure
