About the position
As a Senior Campaign Manager at Highsnobiety, your main responsibility will be executing, overseeing, and analyzing media campaigns to achieve the client's business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversion. Your mission will involve developing content activation and distribution strategies, analyzing campaign data, generating insights, and presenting reports to clients. Additionally, you will support audience analysis, manage pacing and viewability requirements, and help develop best practices and benchmarking. With 5+ years of experience in digital media, campaign management, and media planning, you should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop Content Activation & Distribution Strategy
- Liaise with Brand Partnerships, Ad-Ops, and Creative Services teams to respond, create, and fulfill media plans
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and present reports to clients
- Analyze editorial and/or branded content performance and provide recommendations for content creation
- Support audience analysis to define audience clusters and mindsets
- Liaise with ad ops/dev to manage pacing and viewability requirements
- Ensure offered placements are meeting client KPIs and optimize campaigns throughout
- Help develop best practices and benchmarking to extend brand relationships
- Support Brand Partnerships team with administrative needs and audience insights
- Manage activation and distribution campaigns through all phases
- Fluency with relevant tools: Facebook Business Manager & Ad Manager, Pinterest Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics & Spreadsheets, Third Party Order management systems, and Excel

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Digital Media, Campaign Management and Media Planning
- Managed activation and distribution campaigns through all phases
