About The Position

The Accounting Specialist – Accounts Receivable owns the billing-to-cash cycle for assigned projects and customer accounts. Success is measured by timely and accurate invoicing, DSO and past-due balances meeting finance targets, accurate cash application and monthly A/R-to-general-ledger reconciliation, prompt resolution of disputes and short-pays, monthly review of unbilled revenue and billing milestones, and complete customer and contract setups before first invoices.
