Reachdesk•Miami, FL

About The Position

Reachdesk is hiring an Accounting Manager to own the day-to-day accounting function, reporting to the CFO. The role is responsible for monthly close through consolidated US GAAP financials, audits, controls, and technical accounting, while maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, developing the team, and improving how the function operates. The accounting function covers six entities and multiple currencies, with complex considerations involving revenue recognition, principal-versus-agent judgments, wallet balances and breakage, physical goods, intercompany activity, foreign exchange, tax, and statutory reporting. The Accounting Manager will partner with leaders across the business on initiatives and complex problems, providing practical accounting and commercial judgment and driving Finance work through completion. The role uses NetSuite, SuiteBilling, and an integrated finance stack that processes tens of thousands of transactions each month. A key focus is automation and process improvement, including accelerating the close, strengthening controls, and building a high-performing international accounting team.
