About The Position
This role combines accounting leadership with hands-on accounts payable and accounts receivable management. In conjunction with the SVP, the Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, financial reporting, AP/AR processes, inventory and cost accounting support, cash management, collections, vendor administration, and ERP-driven accounting activities in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; candidates pursuing a degree may be considered with strong experience.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions affecting financial reporting and cash management.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction accounting environments.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or comparable ERP systems.
- Advanced attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
