About The Position

The Accounting Manager will lead accounting operations for a manufacturing organization. The role oversees accounting and treasury functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, audits, cash management, internal controls, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

• MBA in Finance or Accounting, or CPA.
• 7–10 years of accounting and treasury supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial close and preparation of financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage annual and semi-annual audits.
• Oversee cash management, treasury activities, and short- and long-term loans.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior leadership.
• Support inventory accuracy and continuous process improvement.
