Requirements

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience
Previous office or administrative experience
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A commitment to providing outstanding service to internal and external customers

Nice To Haves

Experience working with an ERP system is a plus

Responsibilities

Preparing routine journal entries and assisting with monthly financial reporting
Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Supporting month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks
Assisting with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests
Coding invoices and maintaining general ledger accuracy
Updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data
Reviewing service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates
Supporting a variety of administrative and accounting projects as needed
