About The Position

Isleworth Home Services is a landscaping & pool services company that serves the residents of the Isleworth community. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and financial processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Landscape, construction, or service industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, emails, and assist residents/vendors
  • Support scheduling, filing, and general office administration
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and accounting software
  • Prepare resident billing for landscape or other services
  • Take monthly physical inventory
  • Code & process invoices
  • Order pool supplies
  • Assist management with job costing
  • Place plant order with vendors
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Review timecards for accuracy
