From managing expense systems and coordinating travel to supporting executive operations and sales administration, this position is essential to the daily success of our organization.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Professional, resourceful, and collaborative
  • Skilled at handling confidential information with discretion
  • A strong communicator who enjoys supporting teams and leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Administrative, accounting support, operations, or finance coordination experience preferred
  • Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred
  • Experience with CRM and document management systems preferred
  • Recent grads in accounting or finance encouraged to apply
  • Administrative Assistance with 3+ years' experience encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Administer corporate expense management systems such as Concur
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Support corporate credit card administration and policy compliance
  • Partner with Finance on audits, reporting, and process improvements
  • Assist employees with expense submissions and troubleshooting
  • Maintain CRM systems and customer documentation
  • Support contract administration and warranty recordkeeping
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage relationships with travel vendors, hotels, and service providers
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and operational reporting
  • Support executive calendars, meetings, and leadership communications
  • Coordinate town halls, leadership visits, and special projects
  • Maintain contracts, compliance documentation, and legal records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and organizational documentation
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
