About The Position

Milium Express is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support daily financial and office operations. This role involves maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software.
  • High level of professionalism and reliability when handling financial information.
  • Must be fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sage 50, ADP, or similar accounting and payroll software preferred.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records, general ledger entries, and accounts receivable using Sage 50.
  • Prepare and post journal entries and assist with financial reporting.
  • Process and maintain payroll records through ADP.
  • Prepare internal reports using Excel, Word, and other office tools.
  • Communicate with vendors and help resolve discrepancies when needed.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain records including invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
