About The Position

This position helps manage federal revenue, financial reporting, and accounting for federal awards from application through closeout. The role processes, bills, and distributes federal revenues in IRIS and helps ensure financial reports are accurate and submitted on time. This position works with federal agencies and staff across the department to keep grant-related financial information organized and up to date. It also helps answer questions and provide guidance on federal grant rules and requirements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance with State and federal laws, regulations, and guidance.

  • Any combination of preparatory post-secondary education and/or progressively responsible professional level experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial management.
