ARSI® is accepting applications for a full-time Account Representative at its Wichita office. The role is for motivated individuals who deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to client needs, and help consumers resolve account balances while representing clients professionally and with care. Responsibilities may change at management’s discretion based on business needs.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Be responsible for accounts worked.
• Obtain location information when needed.
• Follow FDCPA, HIPAA, and all other federal and state regulations, as well as company procedures and policies.
