About The Position

HomeTeam is seeking an Account Representative to reach homeowners in an assigned area and generate sales. No sales experience is required; training is provided. The role involves explaining HomeTeam’s products and services, building relationships with homeowners, and completing accurate sales documentation so pest control technicians can provide a positive customer experience. The position involves working outside and interacting with a variety of customers. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in an assigned area to generate sales by knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely so pest control technicians have the information needed to serve homeowners.
• Work independently while staying motivated, organized, and personable.
