About The Position

Superior Auto is hiring an Account Representative to deliver customer service, build professional relationships, communicate with customers, and support proactive collections. The position contributes to team success by helping meet collections goals and supporting sales. The role offers a base hourly rate with performance-based incentives tied to collection success and sales. Dealership hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; there are no Sunday or late-night retail hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or collections experience.
• Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record, defined as minimal moving violations in the last three years.
• Professional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Determination to meet and exceed collections goals.
• Positive outlook and willingness to help others.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to share ideas and learn.

Responsibilities
