About The Position

The Account Representative processes customer inquiries and orders and expedites delivery of products and services. The role contacts other company units about design, delivery, or service matters, manages business bookings, controls inventory and shipment scheduling, develops sales contacts, and performs limited sales functions. The work is varied and may be somewhat difficult, but is performed under supervision and involves limited responsibility for final decisions. It requires applying fundamental concepts and procedures and may involve checking the work of support or earlier-level sales or trading workers. Customers are typically domestic. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or commercial support roles.

Nice To Haves

An associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
