The Account Manager will be responsible for creating value propositioning and driving solutions for their clients. This role acts as the main liaison between the client and the CWW network, conducting monthly internal and external business reviews. The position involves local relationship building, management, and engagement, both internally and externally. The Account Manager will also create and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage the RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) process for continuous improvement, and participate in the quoting process. Engagement with Implementation Managers for new business and management of financial and operational anomaly/exception reports are key responsibilities. The role drives cross-selling opportunities, defines and gains sign-off on Scope of Work, manages and drives company-mandated ROTP (Return on Time/Resources), and maintains invoicing requirements. Collaboration with stations and clients to ensure a healthy collections process and maintaining Accounts Receivable (AR) below a target percentage are crucial. The Account Manager is responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth year-over-year for their book of business. Other duties may be assigned.
