About The Position

GFL Environmental is hiring an Account Manager for its Gulf Coast Liquid Region in Baytown, Texas. The role focuses on business development and account management for environmental and liquid waste services. The Account Manager identifies opportunities with new and existing clients, assesses customer needs, and presents solutions based on the company’s service offerings. The role also supports customer satisfaction, serves as a liaison between customers and operations, monitors market and competitor information, and develops plans to meet business development targets.

Requirements

Proven business development experience in a competitive, demanding business sector.
At least 5 years of experience in industrial services, ER, waste management, environmental services, or a related field.
At least 2 years of account management or project management experience.
Passion for business excellence and exceptional follow-through.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Seek business development opportunities with new and existing clients.
Analyze customer needs and present solutions using a thorough understanding of the company’s service offerings.
Represent the company professionally and promote its brand.
