About The Position

Re-Gen Robotics is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead commercial expansion in the Gulf Coast region of the United States. This senior role focuses on building strategic partnerships and driving sales of technical robotic solutions for the oil and gas industry. The position is based in Houston, Texas, with frequent national and international travel, including to the company’s headquarters in Northern Ireland. The role works with the UK team to support client engagement and project delivery, while providing market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills in formal settings.
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Relationship management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous B2B sales experience in the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or a similar field.
• An existing network within the Gulf Coast oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Initiate first contact with potential clients across target regions.
• Schedule and lead meetings to present Re-Gen Robotics’ solutions.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for oil and gas robotics solutions in the Gulf Coast USA.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with major oil companies and service providers.
• Deliver presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
• Represent Re-Gen Robotics at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
• Collaborate with the UK team to support client engagement and project delivery.
• Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.
