The Account Manager role is a regular, full-time position located in Mississauga, Ontario, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Commercial and Industrial. This role is responsible for exceeding customer expectations, researching new business opportunities, conducting market research, and actively engaging with customers. The territory for this position covers Eastern Ontario, including Belleville, Kingston, and Ottawa. Key Accountabilities include consistently exceeding customer expectations in order processing and technical support, offering value-added solutions, researching and promoting Noramco products to new clients, and conducting market research on products and pricing. The role also involves working cooperatively with teammates, actively engaging with customers in person, and utilizing CRM for daily logging of notes and details. Meeting and exceeding sales targets for Eastern Ontario and developing new business are crucial aspects of this position.
