About The Position

The Account Manager provides comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with procurement, accounting, legal, and other cross-functional teams. The role manages quotes and contracts from creation through execution, tracking, and renewal; prepares contract-related documentation; and serves as the primary contact for client communications and support. It also monitors quote and billing information for cloud-platform resource usage, maintains customer contract and quote records on internal platforms, and prepares reports tailored to client needs. The position requires fluency in English and Korean.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field is desired.
• Proficiency with ICT systems, cloud platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
• Cross-cultural communication, client relationship management, legal documentation, attention to detail, time management, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, legal, and other cross-functional teams to support business operations.
• Create and manage quotations for new and renewing contracts.
• Draft contracts and PUMIs in accordance with legal and corporate compliance standards.
• Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra-company contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and support, maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, tracking, and renewal.
• Monitor and update quotes and billing information related to SCP resource usage through the company Cloud Platform.
• Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information in internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
