About The Position

MSP Corp is seeking an Account Manager to join their MSP Corp Central team, preferably in their Saskatoon, SK office. This is an all-farming role focused on managing and growing an established client base by increasing product, service, and recurring revenue while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves collaboration with a dedicated vCIO, AEs, and delivery teams to assist clients with hardware, software, licensing, and broader IT initiatives. The position is hybrid, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Winnipeg, MB may also be considered for the location.

Requirements

  • Experience selling IT hardware (desktops, servers, firewalls, etc.), software and licensing (Microsoft).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing.
  • Ability to handle fast quote turnaround and manage lots of moving pieces.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established base of clients.
  • Focus on growing product, service, and recurring revenue.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Work closely with a dedicated vCIO, AEs, and delivery teams to help clients move forward on hardware, software, licensing, and broader IT initiatives.
