The Account Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with existing customer accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role involves promoting and selling products and services using a consultative, value-based sales approach. The Account Manager will execute sales activities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and create customer value plans. Close coordination with internal teams such as marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service is essential to deliver integrated customer solutions. The role also includes managing customer expectations, establishing sales forecasts, tracking performance, managing DSO and AR, monitoring market conditions, and participating in trade shows. Regular updates to management on customer needs, competitive activity, and growth potential are also required.
