In this role you will: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, sales, and internal teams in our California and Georgia locations. Manage orders from entry through shipment with a high level of accuracy and urgency. Monitor inventory, order status, and shipments to ensure customer satisfaction. Partner with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment. Resolve customer concerns and drive solutions that strengthen relationships and drive timely, effective solutions. Maintain accurate order, pricing, and shipment documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Use customer systems and portals to manage real-time updates and reporting.
