As an Account Manager, you will report to the SVP of Sales. Within your assigned customer portfolio, you will build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, support customers in achieving their business objectives, and identify opportunities to expand Velsera's impact across the Life Sciences landscape. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting renewals, driving account growth, and ensuring customers realize maximum value from Velsera's solutions. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and customer stakeholders to support long-term strategic partnerships and contribute to Velsera's continued growth in the Life Sciences segment.
