About The Position

DCG ONE is one of the largest privately held marketing service providers in the country. Based in Seattle, with locations in NYC and Maryland, we help companies deliver their brand worldwide through creative, print, and fulfillment services. We’re seeking an Account Manager to support the delivery of multiple creative and digital projects, working with internal resources, and handling day-to-day client interaction. We run a tight-knit team dedicated to supporting each other and bring a rare combination of services and solutions that range from creative to digital to print and execution. As an Account Manager, you are a critical component to the success of the team. You build strong working relationships across internal and client teams alike. You take pride in being the point-person within the team who helps set the tone to inspire great work that delivers on client needs but also pushes boundaries beyond just saying ‘yes,’ always looking for ways to elevate our client’s business. Importantly, you build long-term partnerships with our clients through empathy, urgency, and passion for their business challenges. You see the client-agency relationship as one that is all about the people, and you work to nurture the relationship so that The Agency is their go-to agency partner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of creative agency experience preferred, or related communication industry experience that provides an understanding of marketing, advertising, creative, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships.
  • Proactive problem solver - self-directed with a sense of urgency in and desire for solving client issues.
  • Strong curiosity and excitement for marketing and advertising - and want to share that knowledge with the team as it pertains to the client's business.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leads and motivates across teams throughout all stages of a project lifecycle.
  • May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for clients –field requests, and collaborate with other teams, in order to provide thoughts and strategic ideas on the best approach.
  • Understand client’s business, products, and goals in order to help define objectives and provide actionable strategies to meet those objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure that the project outcomes meet deadlines and remain on budget.
  • Lead intake and requirements on projects from assigned clients.
  • Provide business updates by leading regularly scheduled status meetings with the direct supervisor.
  • Leverage industry insights to educate the greater team and to bring creative ideas and solutions to life.
  • Review creative execution to ensure creative product remains on-strategy and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines in order to move the business.
  • Handle miscellaneous account requests and special assignments as needed.
