About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are clean, green, and detailed, completing all punch list items on time by working with Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians. This role reports to the Regional Manager and supports their needs to move the property in the direction of the goals set for the property. The primary role is to service maintenance accounts, complete punch lists, service requests, and conduct site walks with follow-up communication with the client and Mission management. Responsibilities include managing, training, and coaching Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians in alignment with company values, and submitting staff payroll, invoicing, and proposals for minor items, along with other paperwork, on time. The expectation is to keep accounts and staff operating safely, productively, and on target with goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum three years related Account Manager experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Bilingual verbal language skills (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Valid California driver's license with a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier

Nice To Haves

  • California state Pest Control Applicator's License is a plus
